Within each phase we progress each player through 8 different categories of skills that provides a comprehensive basketball education. We do an entry level assessment of each player in all categories as they begin there journey with PHA. However in order to ensure each player learns the entire curriculum we advance every player through each phase albeit at different paces depending on a variety of developmental factors.
